Don’t! There are no advantages to coming off quickly. Benzos are released slowly from the particular receptors (GABA) in the brain to which they are attached and held. The quicker you come off, the more is still left up there to come out, and the longer withdrawal goes on for.
We have had a handful of clients over the years who have cut so slowly that they were able to hold down their jobs while they were doing it. This is unusual, but obviously not impossible. It should be said that they did taper off very slowly indeed.
